Remake Of Elaine De Kooning Self Portrait

For manaiakalani, hub mako went to link on a website that we clicked from our manaiakalani page called Art Coloring book. this was an enjoyable project. Suprisingly, the hardest part while remaking the painting was picking what painting I was gonna use in the first place. when painting the remake, I enjoyed mixmatching the colors while making them look unique and different. fired up to post this, I realised how easy it was to get the image on to the slide. what could I have done better next time?  

Creating Media

for manaiakalani, I questioned a buddy and asked them where they wanted to go, then I put myself in it and made a postcard of me in the place my buddy wanted to go. What I found hardest was the part where I tried making the lighting as close as possible. what I found easiest was taking th photo of me. what I think I need to improve is making the writing better.

Monkeyrine Falcon

 

Just after a patrol in the Amazon, some scientist have found abandoned in the road, an unbelievable animal. A Monkeyrine falcon, it was named after its parents which were a peregrine falcon and a monkey, the monkeyrine falcon is the only one on earth that we know of.The scientists have determined the animal is a she, she is not yet named and the parents have been unidentified, although we have some samples of her DNA for discovering her family.This beautiful animal loves her necklaces and eats seeds and bananas. if seen something like this please phone us, she is now in a safe enclosure,this animal is a protected species, so no harming, no endangering, please read the next paragraph.

 In hub Mako we were learning to do something called is seeing believing? We looked at a photo and saw why it was fake, like how it didn't have a shadow or it was photo shopped into the image, the lighting was bad or so much more. So we decided to make a fake photo also, to see if people believed us in this myth. what I really liked about this project was when we picked the animals, I picked a peregrine falcon and my friend picked a monkey. I found it easy to pick what animal I wanted to use for the project. The hardest part I would have to say about the project was adding the animals together and it did not look as good at first, maybe next time we could give the character a more brief explanation.

What is media?

For manaiakalani we looked into a question, what is media and what is the definition of media? media is not just on mobile devices or on your tv, it is on newspapers posters, billboards, phones, it can be found in a lot of different things.media is more than an online platform, it can be printed, posted, written about, and lots more. for this media project me and my buddy, Elisha were defining what media is, we went on google slides and used polyline to make this slide. the part I found easy was creating the images and designing them, the hardest part was thinking about what to make, the thing I could do batter next time would be to make the images stand out more.

 

Sentence styles

In hub mako we had to show that we know our sentence styles by slides, scratch, makecode arcade, and more, I used slides. I chose the very short sentence and the ly, I used most of the slides to explain the very short sentence but I was able to fit in the ly. Surprisingly, I found it hard to design the main character, I found it easy to choose which sentences I was going to talk about. Maybe next time I should put in an equal amount for both sentences.

Neighbour's treasure

We are learning to code/make a game by something called Makecode arcade I wasn't able to put in the game for you to play but I was able to get a recording of me playing it. I found it easy to film me playing the game, I found it hard to name this game, there is a bug in the game that makes you unable to get the bags with coins inside. Just by watching the video do you think this game is good? Maybe next time I should try and make this video bigger. The story is about a girl/you (sorry if you are a boy) found out that your neighbour had treasure in his home so you travel of to his home, unfortunately you come across an obstacle or many other obstacles... Your neighbor's DOG if you touch the dog you will lose a heart suddenly you come across another thing, money, you follow the money while trying to avoid the vicious dogs and find the treasure you have been looking for. Hooray!

 

My intro

We were learning about making a five second intro on wevideo, but it turned out to be a ten second intro. I found it easy to record the video, I found it hard to import the video onto the blogger page I really enjoyed recording something on wevideo Next time I need to make the video shorter.

Moari language game

In Hub mako, my classmates and I were learning to make a Scratch game to teach a couple primary kids about several maori words! I found it easy to code in the character I made which was a human, I created the character by using something called piskel. In piskel you can create characters and other things by using pixels! I found it a bit hard to think about what my character would say, but in the end I found the right questions and the right answers! I really liked making the game, making the character, and playing the game too! Next time I might need to maybe make the person bigger to make her stand out more. What did you feel about my voice, is it irritating or was it helpful when you needed to pronounce the maori words?

Piskel Animation.

 We are learning to make pixel animations using an app called Piskel, today I made a pink bunny, I tried to make it as cute as I could. Piskel is an app that makes you animate characters using pixels?squares. I Found it easy to make an idea for a character.I found it hard to animate/make the character move. I really enjoyed watching my piskel character move and blink. Next time I maybe need to add more detail on what the pink bunny is doing. If you didnt know what it was doing, it was pointing at you, because you're amasing.

Copyright Challenge

for our Manaiakalani, Hub Mako did a task called the copyright challenge! For the copyright challenge we were to search up pictures from the web and place them into this slide. Unfortunately, That would be copyright and this slide could get copyrighted, so we put in the link of the person/people who originally Took the photo/image! When you click on the picture/image it will show you a link that sends you to the  website of the person/people who originally took the picture/image, now that isn't copyrighted because you sent the link and maybe gave credits to the person/people who created the photo/image. Obviously, I found it easy to insert in the pictures. What I found hard was thinking of what I should put in the slides. Next time I need to try and explain what images I put in and why.
